Ideas for a repeater site for the 147.200

As most of you know, the 147.200 has been evicted from the site we had at KUSU.
We are now in the process of looking for a new site.
What is trying to be accomplished is...
1. Somwhere on the west side of the valley so people on the east side against the moutains can get in to the repeater system.
2. Somewhere we can possibly get into the snowbird system.
3. Very low or no rent.
